Control4 Smart Home

This new home in Spinnaker Bay is a real 'smart home' and what we see as the new norm.

From concept through design, we assisted our client with electrical layouts, technology systems that would work for them and enhance their lives, delivering an amazing result.

Our team has installed 4 zones of music, with provision for more in the future. There are 4 TVs installed around the home with HD content distributed from a central location and streamed locally. And a dedicated media room for that home cinema experience.

The whole home is conveniently controlled through a single user interface with Control4, including music, TVs, air conditioning, the alarm, even the garage door.
