After going thoroughly through the design process with our clients, we were able to clearly understand what was needed from this modern two storey home in Glendowie.
With clean lines key, discrete installation and use of technology was very important. The home boasts an open plan living area with the 'everyday' TV and a second, 'movie' TV tucked away in a comfy media room. The video sources are hidden away in a credenza unit and distributed around the home over Cat6 data cabling, continuing the clean, discrete theme.
The home is protected by one of our smart alarms, our clients get notifications sent straight to their smart phones and they can control the alarm, including opening and closing the garage door through their phones app.
LED lighting throughout the home means modern living is also energy efficient, all while looking and functioning amazingly.
